The package showed up late, which was annoying, though the tracking did update most days so at least I wasn’t totally in the dark. What bothered me more was how careless the handling seemed, the box looked roughed up when it arrived. Overall, shipping was kind of okay, but they really need to be more careful with packages

The ordering process was okay overall. Checkout threw me off a bit, though... I had to pause and figure out what to do next. It wasn’t terrible, just not as smooth as I expected.

I wasn’t totally sure at first, but it ended up fitting my Tacoma just fine. The fitment listed was right, and I didn’t run into any issues.

I bought a set of Oracle lights for my Jeep last year, but I held off on writing anything because I wanted to see how they actually did over time. A year later, they’re still working great — no flickering, no weird issues, nothing that’s made me regret buying them.

I bought these a while back , and they’ve been great . They still look good and work just like they did at the start . The build feels sturdy , not flimsy or cheap , and they’ve handled rain and everyday use without any problems . No flickering or weird issues so far . For the price , I’m happy with them

So... trying to install this was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The instructions were confusing and didn’t make much sense, so I ended up feeling stuck the whole time

The lights themselves are fine, no real complaints there. My issue was with tech support. I had a wiring question and sent an email with the details, but the first response felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I had to go back through my receipt and emails a couple times before I finally got a clear answer. It did get sorted out eventually, but it was more of a hassle than it needed to be.

These lights are bright and definitely make my truck easier to see at night, which is kind of the whole point, so that’s nice.
